The best ski hill in the state with runs that give any Colorado or Utah mountain a run for their money! Definitely a bucket list-worthy experience for any skiers or snowboarders. It is about a 3-hour drive, however, it is one of the most beautiful drives in the state. Highly recommend!

Skiing in Albuquerque? Absolutely! While one of the smaller mountains in the state, the 30-minute drive from Casa Verde's doorstep makes it a can't-miss destination. Beautiful views and a lot of beginner/intermediate runs.

A close-by ski hill that offers a great mix of expert, intermediate, and beginner terrain. The one-hour-and-a-half drive takes you up the southern tip of the Rockies to the secluded 10,350 ft. base. Due to its elevation, the snow is excellent, and the views go on forever.
