I'm on the faculty and it's likely one of the most authentic yoga studios around. The staff is incredibly well trained and the offering is "real" yoga, not jumping around.

I've trained here and love Dan's energy. He's even been a client. If you're looking for some intensive fitness work this is the place. If you just like to wander around the weight room, go to the Y.
