Floating the channel is one of the "must do" activities in Penticton. Whether you bring your own floaties or use Coyote Cruises tubes and shuttle service, this is a fun way to spend a couple of hours in the water.

Riding up the KVR to the Little Tunnel and then back to Penticton is also a "classic". There are many ways to do this. I can make suggestions on where to park etc. We'd recommend breakfast at the Bench Market when you're done.
You can take your own bikes, shuttle, get a rent and get a shuttle from Hoodoo Adventures, ride round trip from Penticton etc. Options are endless.

Kettle Valley Rail TrailRiding up the KVR to the Little Tunnel and then back to Penticton is also a "classic". There are many ways to do this. I can make suggestions on where to park etc. We'd recommend breakfast at the Bench Market when you're done.
You can take your own bikes, shuttle, get a rent and get a shuttle from Hoodoo Adventures, ride round trip from Penticton etc. Options are endless.
They have rentals, shuttles, tours etc if you want to do any sort of biking in the area. They also rent water equipment (kayaks, paddelboards etc), winter activity stuff (snowshoes etc), have rock climbing gear etc.

Just a short walk from the condo, the bridge has a great platform for jumping into the lake. You can jump from the platform, the bridge deck or some people even jump from the railing. This is a very fun activity very close to the condo.
You can also ride the KVR from OK Falls to Penticton and back. It's about 13km each way and only about 1km of road (which is very quite) and the route is flat along the lake.

Great hike from Covert Farms to the top of a huge bluff overlooking the Okanagan.
The Dusty Mac Mine hike is a nice short hike not far from the condo (you can hike from the condo). Message me for more details on this.

Shell of an old hotel built at the turn of the 1900's. This is an easy bike ride from the condo along the KVR. 1 very small hill to climb on the way there. Pioneer Park is right there as well.
