Sightseeing

Featuring a freshwater lagoon, this diverse wildlife habitat offers hiking, fishing & more. Best place to park your car for your beach day. Parking costs $6 and it is good for the whole day. You can re-enter if you feel like taking a lunch break at home. Just keep your parking ticket for your re-entry. There is a restaurant and a bathroom, few tables under trees. The beach is just across the road. The state park alone is a great place to visit too! Rent a canoe and go for an hour long ride. If you are quiet, you will see many animals - birds, lizards, turtles! I love taking my kids there. Such a fun experience :-)!!!
