These places have great indoor and outdoor options for daytime/nighttime fun/activities and great food!
The Camp
5909 University Dr NWI know I also listed this in my other favorite places category, but that is because I love it so much! This is a great place to go with your family or on a date. There are 6-7 different small restaurants that you can choose from as well as a bar. The restaurants surround an outdoor courtyard area where you can play games like corn hole, bocce ball, ping pong etc. There are super healthy options here, (my favorite is the Greek restaurant) as well as heartier options like barbecue. This is a great place to go and spend time outdoors. They have live music often which is also a plus!

Stovehouse

Campus 805 is similar to stovehouse and is only a few blocks away from stovehouse. It has tons different options for eating and drinking indoors as well as fun outdoor areas for dining. “Hops and Guac” is my favorite place to go for tacos. They also have an extensive beer selection!

They also have an extensive beer selection!
Bridge Street is hands-down my favorite place to shop in Huntsville! I love that it is outdoors but has hundreds of different stores and restaurants. It is fun to go window shopping, lunch, dinner, or a movie! It is spotlessly clean and is a fun place to just walk around even if you aren’t shopping. The movie theater has reclining seats. This is one of my favorite date night destinations and it has so many options for dining!

One of my favorite things to do when I have friends and family visiting Huntsville is to go on a little real-estate tour through the historic district of Huntsville! It is conveniently located, and surrounds downtown, which makes it a great way to see the history of the city and also grab lunch!

Huntsville botanical gardens are absolutely stunning! I love going here for walks and to look at all the flowers and plants.

A day in nature!
Lake Guntersville is a huge lake that has a state park, boat rentals, fishing, and more! It is about a 30-40 minute drive from the condo but it totally worth it! It’s a great place to spend the day on the water and see the natural beauty that is in Alabama!

My favorite places to go to dinner!
This restaurant is AMAZING. The food is absolutely delicious. It is in a great location downtown, right next door to a fun rooftop bar and in walkable distance to all of downtown. Super clean environment, with large expansive windows and high ceilings.

It’s a fun place to go because it is located in downtown Huntsville! It’s a great place to stop and dine while you are shopping or exploring the city.

Not somewhere to go if you are hangry, but it is located at Bridgestreet outdoor mall so there is plenty to do while you wait for your table. The food is always worth the wait!! The tacos are amazing! The indoor area is more of a bar scene and the outdoor area is where I prefer to dine for dinner. If you’re looking for a fun place with a lively atmosphere, this is a great spot!
