City Information

Grand Rapids has grown exponentially in the last 10 years. A big city with a small feel, Grand Rapids has over 40 breweries and countless restaurants. We are Michigan's second largest city and our recent influx of industries such as Amazon, Pfizer, and a new cutting edge cancer center, has made it a highly desirable place to live. The city is easily walkable and very friendly and inclusive.

Exploring Grand Rapids

Heritage Hill is Grand Rapids Historic Neighborhood. With homes dating back to the early 1800s, wealthy lumber barons built several massive homes while living large during the gilded age. Heritage Hill Association stepped in in 1971 to ensure that all homes are protected as there began to be rumors of demolition. They have rules in place to keep it historic and ensure the neighborhood maintains a good standard of upkeep. Walk around and check out the homes!
