Provo canyon is about 13 miles round trip if you start at the mouth of the canyon. People love to walk, run, bike and long board the paved path.

This is a great hike for all age ranges. Starts with some moderate uphill to then mostly level out. Ending at a breathtaking waterfall this trail is well tread and often has plenty of families with kids

This little Italian restaurants owner is from Italy, and they make homemade noodles from scratch. It is - dare I say- some of the best Italian food I've ever had, and I've been to Italy!
You'll want to make sure to make a reservation since the place is small and fills up quick. I recommend the pesto lasagna, and the bruschetta
