The Creekside Market is the best place to pick up your groceries. This is a quint market with probably everything you'll need, including a deli counter. 2071 Lake Placid Road In Canada you can't purchase wine or alcoholic in our grocery stores. So, you'll need to make a separate stop at the liquor store down the stairs on the left of the entry door, just below this market.

Take your time and enjoy the silence of their hot, cold and freezing cold pools. Then relax in one of their many steam rooms or their dry saunas. Drop-in or prebook for the pool experience. Book a massage in advance as they book up days in advance, call in at 9am to hopefully catch a cancellation. Talking and cell phones are not permitted beyond the changing rooms, but it is absolutely worth the disconnect.
