Great place to spend the afternoon with the family. Very peaceful spot away from the big crowds. The view at the top of the light house is fantastic. Make sure if you are going as a family get the family membership it will save you money. Also, there is a height limit.

You can get really up close with the alligators! There's even feeding machines throughout so that you can feed them, but you'll need quarters. The park also has several other animals as well like lemurs, parrots, vultures, and other reptiles. The shows that they have on the hour are entertaining and informative.

What a treasure! The National Park Service has done a fantastic job to maintain and develop this 300+ year old monument to colonization history.

The Fountain of Youth is fun to visit! It is a museum, archeological site and it also has a coastal view with its own natural charm. Walking around the complex is filled with history and culture.

There is a vehicle ramp where you can drive onto the beach. Caution though: you'll need all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. The beach isn't too crowded, and even less crowded on weekdays. There is a pavilion, restrooms and a parking lot. Enter on Minnie Street from the A1A.
