Did you notice the giant icon in the kitchen! That's right, I am co-owner of The Spot North Shore Kauai in Princeville Center, so my first tip would be to check out food and drinks there! Pro-tip, which I tell all the locals ;) - phone in the order if you want to skip the line! You can check out the menu at www.thespotkauai.com and call it in! If we are not too busy (or short staffed) we will try to get to your call. If the line is busy, give it another try a few minutes later. Lines can be long first thing in the morning but tend to drop off later on, if you want to just swing by.

This beach can be accessed from the parking lot by building #2 in Pali Ke Kua, down a very steep paved path. It's right next door to Emmalani Court! Perfect for snorkeling on the higher tides

This beach is accessed by the trail next to the Westin at the entrance to Princeville. Walk down the dirt path to access tranquil waters and fringing reef. Perfect swimming spot for families and kids!

The resort is under construction but you can still access the beach! Walk to the end of Ka Haku road (out the exit of Emmalani court and take a right) and to the left of the hotel will be stairs going all the way down to the beach. The perfect place to post and catch sunset!
