If you are trying to beat the heat in the summer or catch a little snow in the winter Mount Lemmon is the place to be. It is the southern most skiable place in North America! ( but do not take that as an endorsement of the slope)

"A" Mountain is a pleasant drive or walk with a great view of Tucson and Mount Lemmon. Although the view is the opposite direction of the sunset the light on the mountain and drenching downtown is quite a sight. Monday the road is closed to traffic making it a much more leisurely walk.

Barista Del Barrio has some of the best breakfast burritos ever! For around $5 they give you two medium size breakfast burritos with your filling of choice. Make sure you check their hours before going and that you have some time as the line can get long.
