In an area renowned for surfing with some of the best and most consistent waves in the world, there is no better way to wash away the worries of your fast paced life, than to soak in the water then in the sun. The food here is great !

The walk to this location is noteworthy. Bring a camera. Take shots of yourself lost in foliage... or get lost in the intense feeling of plant pressing side on side, guiding you to a waterfall, that you swim under to encounter a tiny shelf and a large air pocket big enough for three persons at a time to sit comfortably. The vibration, behind the waterfall is extremely therapeutic and helps realign you and your thoughts with those of the natural environment.

This gem is a couple hours journey from us however it is so magnificent we couldn't not mention it. You will never experience the true bliss of this location without gearing up for a hike climb and swim all in one. Prepare for rabbitholes, water as blue as the water in your dreams, and hidden caves and rock formations to blow the mind. Take the tour with the locals out at the main road. They will show you the real river if you ask them. Tour guides at the actual attraction are not as adventurous. Have fun on this one, and be safe!

This gem is a couple hours journey from us however it is so magnificent we couldn't not mention it. You will never experience the true bliss of this location without gearing up for a hike climb and swim all in one. Ways to save
Saving Taxi Fare!
If you do not do as suggested, you may get a hefty price just because you have an accent or look like you have money to spend. Call a taxi company and ask for a stamp on your destination. They will then ask and get the standard rate. After you have done this, when your cab shows up, he is not allowed to charge you any more than the standard rate. But then of course you can still tip him. :)
