Sightseeing

Cottonwood Island Nature Park has multiple accessible trails to go around with great views of the river. The park is near downtown but I recommend driving to the trailheads as it is easier to access by car.

Beautiful panoramic park on top of Connaught Hill offers a 360 view of the city. The park has picnic tables and parking spaces to enjoy a nice day. Keep in mind the park is only open from April to October.
