In the Republic of Ragusa, this was the residence of all Rectors, the seat of councils and state administration, housing for an armoury, (gun)powder room and prison. Today, the palace stuns it's visitors thanks to it's recognisable gothic style and inner wealth such as Rector's bedroom, notary room, Republic's costumes, carriage left overs, pottery, pharmaceutical utensils and many more.
