Getting around

Transport Options

Gateway to South Island: Interislander & Bluebridge Ferry terminals in Picton (Cook Strait crossings). Airports: Picton Airport for Sounds Air flights, Marlborough Airport in Blenheim for AirNZ Regional flights. Rail - Steam train or Scenic Rail to Christchurch (seasonal). Plenty of shuttles or guided tours to the vineyards or other local attractions.
Getting around

To drive or not ?

You don’t need a car in Picton - everything you need is on your doorstep or there are plenty of transport options. Travel by car, bus, coach, train, stream train, ferry, water taxi, the choice is yours. Visit Picton I-Centre to work out what will work best for you. If you do bring a car or camper van, there is plenty of car parking around the area. The property is walking distance from both Picton Ferry Interislander & Bluebridge - taxis & shuttles available though for convenience.
