The Water of Leith Walkway will take you down to The Shore area in Leith. But, we recommend starting at Saughton Park and visiting the Victorian walled gardens there first. From there the walk will take you past Murrayfield Stadium and Roseburn Park and on to the Galleries of Modern Art. Keep walking to the Stockbridge neighbourhood and finally The Shore.

Newhaven was once a fishing village, only 30 minutes from the city centre, and has managed to retain much of its unique character and distinctive personality! Great views, great fish and chips and a short walk to Leith's Shore area.

Home to tourist attractions such as the Royal Yacht Britannia, Leith also boasts a lively social scene. The area is home to several Michelin-star restaurants, as well as more casual spots frequented by locals. Some of the oldest pubs in Edinburgh are located along the waterfront here offering some excellent seafood dishes.
