An hours drive from Hoth, and easily one of the most beautiful road trips.
Once you get there its full of cafes, bars, restaurants and mountain views.
The restaurants offer a real mix of Spanish/French cuisine as its only a short drive to France from here.

We literally love this place. Just a short 40 minute drive that takes you past some of the best and oldest bodegas. Stop at Bodega Lalanne on the way back to HotH and buy some amazing wine.
Alquézar is full of hidden alleys, restaurants, bars, terraces and cafes.
After doing one of the canyon walks, relax with a drink and watch the eagles soaring above you.

Our local largest town. Come here for supermarkets, cafes and local Spanish life. The town has the reular Plaza Major, but there is also an interesting restaurant strip that has a real mix of local cafes/bars. We always seem to find something new whenever we visit

Neighbourhoods
Sleepy and quiet, but with incredible views of the lake and mountains. HotH is right at the top of the hill, and you probably wont leave!
