Food Scene

Great traditional food (I looove 'Kaiserschmarrn', a traditional Austrian sweet dish) at an excellent price.

A lovely organic bakery, where all products are homemade.

A small romantic italien restaurant with personal atmosphere, great service and yummy pizzas. I'd recommend to reserve a table, if you choose to go there - it's really well attended.

Famous for it's great steaks with the best fried grated potatoes ever!!! I also think it has a really good value-for-money ratio! ^_^

360° is a stylish rooftop bar with a spectacular view!!! I would recommend to go there during the day, because at night you can not really enjoy the view (mountains,...) since it's dark, but it's also nice at night. It's a good bar with great drinks and cocktails!

Himal is my favorite Indian restaurant (also suitable for vegetarians)! Besides the delicous food, the service is really good and I can only reccommend to drink a yummy mango lassi.

Parks & Nature

You have to drive with the busline ‘J’. There’s a busstation at ‘Marktplatz’ in front of the shop ‘TYRLER’ (a 7-min.-walk away from my apartment). The bus drives every 15 minutes, so no need to hurry. Hop on ‘J’ and hop off at the endstation called ‘Nordkette’. From there you start your jaunt to the cottage called Arzler Alm, where delicious cakes a served (the person who runs this cottage is a former baker ^_^). It only will take you around 30 minutes!

If the weather is great you'll have a really spectacular view over the valley and the mountains!!! Opening times are: Friday: 07.15 – 19.15 o’clock Sat. + Sun.: 08:00 – 19.15 o’clock

Shopping

I love to visit this neat covered market on Saturdays to stroll around and buy good stuff from local farmers (cheese, bacon, vegetables, nice souvenirs,...). You also have the possibility to drink a coffee there and eat little dishes.
