Goderich is well known for its distinctive downtown, an octagonal core known as The Square, where streets radiate from the centre of town, Courthouse Park. There are some great shops and all the necessities you need. Lovely place to take the family on a rainy day or to just get out for a drive into a cute town.

This place is right on the way to the cottage, 5 minutes up the road, and has everything you'll need in a pinch. It is a gas station, convenience store, hardware store, LCBO and has all the random things you didn't know you needed. Very handy spot for emergencies.
