The once retirement area is now both the hipsters new haunt, as well as where the Adria brothers are creating Barrio Adria - super deluxe restaurants aimed at the visitor. Carrer Parliament is going crazy, which was a sleepy streets that just had the most famous Horchateria Servant. The new Moritz Brewery refurbishment is also quite cool. The new market will be finished in November 2017... so this is an area to watch.
