Within 10 minutes drive, the Suffield Arms opposite Gunton Station is a fancy cocktail and tapas bar, quite unexpected in the middle of the norfolk countryside but a favourite of ours, with a lovely garden where you can eat outside in the summer and lovely ambience inside in the winter.

This is a really good chinese takeaway and about 5 minutes walk from the house. In fact we even drive here as a family to get the occasional chinese takeaway from Cromer, because its better than the cromer chinese takeaways!

Gibsons Bistro (Not Henrys cafe anymore but I can't change the heading for some reason, it used to be Henrys and is now Gibson's) is new to Cromer but really really good! It may not be suitable to try to book a large table but for smaller groups it will be fine.

Cromer is 10 to 15 minutes away with a pier with a bar at the end of it. Visit Cromer for all the lovely things a seaside town has to offer including our very famous crabs and lobsters.

Book a Personal Chef to cook at the house
Many people book a chef to come and cook a celebratory dinner at the house, it makes the stay in Mundesley quite special as the chef will cook, her waitress serves and then washes up and if you have small children you don't have to worry about baby sitters. Ask me for recommendations.

We have many contacts who will bring lots of fun activities to the house for you, from Cocktail classes, visiting beauticians to do beauty treatments, craft classes, life drawing classes, etc. So please just ask me about what you can book to make your stay more fun!

We also have contacts who can arrange surfing lessons locally in Mundesley during the school summer holidays and most of the year round in Cromer. There is a go Karting track in Cromer.
