It’s a great place for a pint on the terrace, or a glass of cidre at the bar. If you like to work and enjoy some great hospitality this is the place for you. Hip artists from around the world turn this into their, yet at the same time it’s a meeting place for friends and the ambiance is perfect for intimate conversation.

Traditional French dishes serving local ingredients with a variety of menus based on what produce is available during that season. J’adore Le Majestique! The food is delicious, the wine is tasty, and people are lovely. I love decor, especially the antiques. C’est beau. Très majestique. Traditional French cooking with butter and wine; this is what I consider to be one the Plateau-Mount-Royals finest.

Best poutine in Montréal! Hands down. It’s an eclectic 50’s style diner run by cool people who sling burgers, fries, poutines, and pints. It’s kinda punk rock; the people are kind with great music. It’s always busy but don’t be shy. It’s worth the hustle. I’d recommend the traditional poutine with a beer. A seat near the window over looking Mount Royal is ideal! It’s always busy! But keep in mind it’s closed during the winter seasons.

Mamie Clafoutis is by far my favourite bakery! They make me blush every time I go in because I love them so much. They have perfected the quiche. J’adore le petit quiche pour une petit déjeuner. The grilled vegetables with goat cheese is like ratatouille in a quiche. C’est magnifique. Thé clafoutis, quiche, baguettes, crossaient, breads, everything is amazing! There is a sitting area above the bakery with wifi in where one can work and eat. I saw a lady with a Tuna sandwich on a baguette with a coffee on a tray last week. I was envious of her as I took my quiche to go. It looked delicious. I have friends who spend their breakfast and/or lunch here while working. I’ve only ever ordered to go but it’s a great place to stay.

This is the local agricultural market where you can buy food farm to table. Surrounding the market is everything you’d need to make a gourmet meal. There is a bakery, butcher, an Italian shop, a cheese shop, wineries, and an SAQ. I love the produce from this market. They have some of the best mushrooms I’ve ever had in my life right now.

Hot bagels out of the oven! Sesame seed is traditional Montréal style. Grab a warm bagel and a cream cheese to go and eat it as soon as you walk out on the street. Possibly grab a coffee from Cafe Neve on the way. I like to stock up and buy a dozen and freeze them to eat at home. I love them with eggs and cheese.

Best organic grocery store in Mtl. It’s fair priced and fast paced. No frills but they have the best quality and biggest selection of organic foods. They are my go to grocer for anything I can’t get from the farm. I love their bread selection and the amazing quality of foods. The service is fast and the cashiers can be harsh. Don’t worry if run into people and are confused the first few times. It’s a small space and we all are. Make sure to bring your own bags or you can use a box at the store.
