After making the trek to Haleakala Crater to watch sunrise, we recommend that you explore the trails and views for a bit then head down the hill to Kula Lodge for lunch. The views and gardens are magnificent. Eat outside and watch and smell your wood fired oven pizza being cooked before you. They open for lunch about 11:15, its best to be there right at opening as it gets filled up quickly.

Water Fun

Isn’t this why we come to Maui? Fun in the sun, sand and waves.
Known locally as "Airport Beach". Word is that this is the best beach for snorkeling in West Maui. Water tends to stay calm and the beach doesn't seem to get as crowded as Kaanapali and Napili.
