Walking zone in the centre of the city. At the end of the 19th century a line of Neo-Renaissance buildings was raised, and later on a building with stylistic elements of secession, with rich decoration on the wreaths, around the windows and balconies and decorative towers on the edges.

The temple, as we see it now was built from 1993 to 2004. It is restoration of the church that was built 1929, but was damaged in the Nazi bombardment of Banja Luka in 1941 and demolished by the command of the occupant reign of the Independent Republic of Croatia, at the time. Now, it represents one of the most beautiful and the biggest architectural accomplishments of the Ortodox temples at the territory of the Balkans.

Convent Marija Zvijezda was made in 1926 as conventional church, for the community, which after the World War I became meager, and counted 150 members. What is so special about the church, is its artistic, plastic equippedness- the sculpture is more of an addition to the architecture than a decoration.

Located at the top of the Banj Hill, the monument to fallen Krajina soldiers in the War for Liberation (1941-1945) against fascism is more than monument. It is a place where most of locals spend Sunday's. Beautiful city view + beautiful nature = definitely worth visiting.
