A very traditional yet high end style dim sum experience good for lunch. Get in early and expect a wait time to get in. You can get a ticket number online/an app but I have never done this yet.

Awesome Thai cuisine that is not your typical thai. Not for the faint as it is pretty spicy but is one of my favourites. Must get the desserts, mango sticky rice and the coconut ice-cream. Even you can just go there for dessert if spicy isn’t your thing

You’ve got to try this one! It’s specialty is pork chop and my favourite is the Pork Chop with tomato and rice. It’s very local so english is limited but give your canto a whirl by ordering “farn kay jyu pah farn” and a milk tea “yit lai cha” or “dong lai cha” if you want it iced. Enjoy! Lunch time only.

Indian @ Chung King Mansions
Chung King Mansions is a really dodgy building in HK which attracts quite a lot of drugs, crimes and who knows what. But I love it and the Indian food there must be some of the best outside of India! Restaurant is on the 3rd Floor. Someone will poach you at the door so just listen out for someone offering you Delhi Club and they will show you the way. Don’t be scared!

I’ve always found breakfast a difficult meal to sweep me off my feet here in HK. Black Salt is decent though. They put an Indian twist into a Western breakfast. Also in a chilled little pocket of Sai Ying Pun.
