De 4 Roser ("The Four Roses" is one of few restaurants who've got full score in national paper Dagbladet. Personally I prefer the beef burger at the café in the 1st floor to the restaurant in 2nd.

I've never been here, but I've heard it's one of the best restaurants in Harstad (and Harstad is quite a food city when you account for its size).

I think Egon is a bit overpriced, but you can't deny they have a great atmosphere. Pizza buffet is GREAT for ~100 NOK. Eat as much as you want every day before 6 PM/18:00
