This park is a memorial complex located on the steep slope of the Dnieper where you can see a spectacular viewon the city. The park is dedicated to the defenders of Kiev,who died during Word War II.The park includes a monumental statue of Rodina Mat ( Motherland-102 meters in length) and the Museum of the History of Ukraine in Word War II. This memorial complex includes an open air exhibition containing military planes,tanks,and other military equipment. You can take an elevator on the top of the statue,which will cost you around $8.
