This is my local pub for my whole life and I think it's one of the best in Dublin. Great pints, staff, live music and atmosphere! Literally across the road from the apartment.

This is a super little pub in the centre of town and a real locals favourite. The Guinness here is fantastic and if you can get a table outside in the sun you're laughing! Great for people watching!

Just around the corner - fine dining. I'd say this place isn't far off a Michelin star but it surprisingly won't break the bank either!

Right across the road. I actually cannot personally recommend it as I haven't managed to eat there yet but everyone who has says it is incredible! Need to book in advance though. Does brunch too.

Sightseeing

The first thing an Irish person will recommend when it comes to sightseeing and probably one of Ireland's most popular tourist attractions. Amazing views of Dublin from the Gravity Bar.

Walk the pier. A "99" ice-cream at Teddys. The People's Park Market on a Sunday afternoon. The fun fair in the summer. Plenty to see and do in "Fun Laoghaire"! (It's pronounced "Leary" by the way!)

If you've the time to get out of Dublin, head to West Kerry. They don't call it "The Kingdom" for nothing. Breathtaking views, great sights, history, food and pubs. Recommend Dingle in particular.

Howth is great in the summer. Climb Howth head, walk the pier, get fish & chips or have a pint! Great place to cycle to but I recommend getting the Dart back - headwind! Bikes only on the dart @ w/e.

Everything Else

Climb Killiney Hill, great views over Dublin on a sunny day. Head for a pint in Dalkey village afterwards before getting the last Dart home. You won't be disappointed!
