If you want to celebrate something special. There is no parking at proximity, you will have to park at bottom of old city, you can mix a short visit of old city, then continue to this restaurant. They have a nice roof with view on the bay (but you will have to make reservation if you want to have a chance to get such table) ~80€ per person
