A small, but great little local brewery. Sometimes Jakalof Oyster Co. will be on site selling oysters, making this a great experience for local beer and seafood. For the best deal, buy a growler and drink outside under the canopy.

Seafood Processing and Freezing

This is the best place to get your fish processed and frozen. They will keep your fish in the freezer up to one week at no additional cost. They will also package and ship fish for you, but this service is extremely expensive (FedEx overnight shipping from AK). I would recommend getting a 50 lb cooler box made for shipping fish and checking it as luggage on your flight home. As long as you keep it under 50 lbs it will not cost any more than a standard checked bag with your airline. A full fish box will keep fish frozen for up to 72 hours.
