Only open in the summer, a must-do scenic drive. Take a picnic lunch and pull over and eat up in the Notch. You can also hike from here too. Make the drive a loop on Rt 15 through Jeffersonville ("Jeff" to the locals) and check out the new silo art, then go up Rt 108 thru the Notch and come down into Stowe, then go north on Rt 100 to get back to the Little House. (Equally pleasant to do the loop the other way too). Rt 108 is closed to vehicles in winter.
