Seriously good food from Top Chef Dale Talde. I hate the word "fusion," but this contemporary take on Asian cuisine certainly brings some western influences to bear. Try the Hawaiian sweet buns.

The casual, pub fare counterpoint to TALDE, Chef Dale makes some seriously kickass french fries and the best horseradish mustard I've ever tasted. The white bean veggie burger is phenomenal.
