A 5-minute drive from the listing, Sylvan Park is my favorite place to be. Brimming with locally-owned restaurants, bars, shops, and bikeable trails, there's so much to do in one area. My favorite attraction is McCabe Park where you can enjoy a 3-mi bike / walking / jogging trail surrounding a beautiful public golf course. Take 10-steps away from McCabe and you'll hit popular eateries Edley's, Pancho & Lefty's, Cafe Nonna's, Lola, and others. Once you're done with Sylvan Park, The Nations, Charlotte, and West End neighborhoods are just a hop away (about .5 miles to be exact).

A hop from downtown, the Gulch is the modern, new approach to Nashville-city eating, drinking, and shopping. Home to beautiful rooftop bars and walkable streets, there's a lot to love from visiting. Also, a great place to run into a local celebrity or two!

Germantown is my FAVORITE place for good food and drinks. Cobblestone streets and great vibes, there's so much offered in this little nook. Standouts? Fifth and Taylor, Henrietta Red, Butchertown Hall, Little Hats Market, and Mother's Ruin for a fun time to follow.
