History of the house

Just thought it would be fun to share the history of the boat house. It was known as the Mayflower, and if you look at the pictures behind the dining table, you will see what it looked like in the early 1930's and 40's. By the time we bought it 11 years ago, unfortunately many of those missing pieces were in a burn pile in the back yard. The builder was a licensed Adirondack guide, and would take parties out from the house into the wilderness. The house still boasts on its bow, an antique logging anchor, and the scandalous picture in the master bedroom was found hidden in the wall nearby.
