Pronounced soul-DAHT-nah Soldotna is the central hub of the Kenai Peninsula, located just 150 scenic highway miles south of Anchorage via the Seward and Sterling Highways Voted the #1 Fishing Spot in North America by Field & Stream Magazine This is the go to place for World Class Fishing Many Anglers arrive here from mid-May through September for the fish runs of red, silver and king salmon in the lower Kenai River which also runs right through town. Soldotna is known for having over 200 plus campsites for visitors to enjoy. We have an amazing Forestry service to make sure campers are safe while here enjoying their trips. While living here or visiting this amazing place spend some time out Wildlife viewing, flightseeing, fly-out fishing and bear viewing, bird watching, horseback riding, canoe and going on hiking trips, winter recreation is fun here as well with cross country skiing, shopping & gourmet dining all within easy driving distance throughout the Kenia Peninsula

Vintage style train cars, yummy modern food & full flavored coffee, old fashioned hitching posts and also offers a Tesla charging station. they bring old and new styles together. The food is very good here but more on the expensive side but very well put together.

Be very cautious of wildlife we have a lot of Moose in the area
