Go there anyday in the morning. It's a huge local marche where local people make pastries, meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables. A bit on the more expensive side but offers quality and local produce. Bike along the LAchine canal to get there and you can have a croissant and coffee afterwards.

Parks & Nature

On every Sundays there is an event called Tamtam where many people gather up at parc avenue (go up the hill on Parc until you see a huge statue. You will see a lot of people in the afternoon around 1pm). People play drum and have pic nic there. Very relax atmosphere. Mount-Royal also offers a stunning view if you hike up the mountain. Wear some running shoes and go there early.
