Depending on the season and the light, the granite formations at Arizona’s Watson Lake can glow a ruddy brick-red color, a delicate salmon pink, or a rich tan. Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary has been operating in Prescott, AZ since 1988. Over the past 33 years our mission has been to “Give refuge to non-releasable, rescued wildlife while providing conservation through exhibition and public education.” As a non-profit we rely on gate admission, events, programs, and fundraising, to provide excellent care to over 200 sanctuary animals and over 300 rescue animals each year.
