The famous Waterford Greenway is located between Waterford and Dungarvan with some spectacular scenic views along the 50km walkway cycle way. There is numerous access points along the whole route. From our cottage the 4 nearest points to gain access are Bilberry in Waterford City, W.I.T complex, Killottern and Kilmeaden which also has the Suir Valley railway with brings u along the old train tracks running parallel the greenway on an old steam train.

This amusement park operates from St. Patrick's weekend to September. It's free entry, it's pay per ride ranging between 2-4 euro per ride. Also there is mini/crazy golf in the park. There is also Arcades across from the amusement park with various games for the kids and slots, poker machines and roulette tables for the older kids who like a little flutter.
