Golf Carts

The best way to get around the neighborhood and the beach is with a golf cart! You can rent one for your stay... The operator of a golf cart must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance. Please operate golf carts with extreme caution and be aware of other drivers!
Getting around

Take a Ride on the Ferry!

Drive down to the ferry landing and park your car for a ride across the Galveston bay. Don’t forget to bring a loaf of bread for feeding the birds, and binoculars for watching the dolphins! When you get to the Galveston side, stay on board and it’ll bring you back to Bolivar. See the house welcome book for more info and tips.
