WOW Maidenwell is such a unique place to visit. There is a lovely spot called Coomba falls (Maidenwell Falls). Its long been one of my favorite places to retreat, although the falls are only running when we get good rain its always is a nice place for a swim and a bit of rock climbing.
Pack a picnic or stop at the Maidenwell pub for a great feed and cold drink. Allow 40 min to get there and the day to play,

The walk to the lookout is only 15 min, alternatively you can drive to the top. there are seats at the top of the lookout, take the kids and a ball or just grab a coffee and chill as you watch the clouds float by.

This is a sweet little hidden gem. It is only open on weekends making it a place to skip in and get some garden inspo. Take your own coffee or water as it really is all about the gardens.
