Very nice beach to visit. If you are to visit by the public transport, you need to walk for approximately 20 minutes. But we will enjoy amazing views of valleys.

Place of Interest

At the heart of the Citadel is the Cathedral of the Assumption. The immense fortified ramparts of golden stone glow a pinkish-ochre hue in the afternoon light. From the three bastions (semicircular battlements) of the Citadel, one can take in panoramic views of the Gozo countryside dotted with villages in the hills and valleys all the way to the sea. Within the Citadel is a maze of winding streets and narrow alleyways Cultural attractions in the Citadel include the Folklore Museum, which presents traditional costumes and crafts, and the Old Prison used by the Knights of Saint John in the 16th century (the cells are covered in prisoner's graffiti) Housed in one of the Citadel's typical 17th-century townhouses, the Archaeology Museum displays an exceptional collection of ancient art, tools, and architectural elements dating from 4100 BC to 2500 BC found at Neolithic sites on Gozo Island.
