Our neighborhood (El Verde Country Club) is a quiet, community-oriented neighborhood that is spread out with natural tropical rainforest in every direction that you look. It's a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in. Many pets/dogs will bark as you walk by. There's a small convenience store that locals use often and at the end of the main road, there are a couple of great restaurants and a fun comic book cafe.

What to pack
Bug Repellent, Sunscreen, hiking and beach items
We are located essentially in a tropical rainforest. Keep this in mind while packing, warm-weather clothing, bug repellent, sunscreen, water/hiking shoes (if you're planning on going hiking in El Yunque). We provide beach towels and two outdoor chairs for beach outings.
