Traveler advice

Getting around

No Uber

Nobody speaks English or any other language in this area. Only Spanish. Make sure you download a translator app to get around easily. The locals are very humble and friendly. Do not carry US Dollars, you can exchange your currency when you arrive at the airport. If you purchase anything with Dollars, you will get change back in their currency "Peso".
What to pack

Sandals and sneakers

This place is basically in the woods and everywhere you go you will be surrounded by mountains, dirt, rivers and dirt roads. My advice is to dress with comfortable clothes, such as jeans, shorts, leggins, t-shirts and cool clothes, it can get pretty hot during the day and very cool at night. Bring a sweater for the night time. Wearing sneakers and or sandals is recommended . No high heels or stilletos are recommended.
