Okay, people are losing their minds over this joint. The NY Times have wondered if they are infact the best croissants in the world? The hype is real, and this should definitely be on an Fitzroy holiday makers list. My advice - avoid the main times and the queues, head for a late start after 10am, get a take away croissant, pick up a coffee somewhere less hectic, find a bench or a park, and savour the experience with a little more calm. (actually located in Rose St, Fitzroy - this will only let me select their old Elwood location).
