Hands down the Best Mexican food and the Perfect Margarita are the best in the mid-valley area. Everything on the menu is terrific and the prices are reasonable. Happy Hour from 3-5:00 p.m.

Maroon Bells is located just outside of Aspen, and you hop on a bus at Aspen Highlands every 15-30 minutes ( no driving of private vehicles in the summer months) and you can hike and photograph some of the most scenic country in the valley.

The Crystal river Valley is a beautiful drive and the historic Marble area allows visitors a chance to see the remnants of the Marble mining operation. Also, Redstone is an artist's haven in the summer and the Redstone hotel is a great place to have hang out by the pool while having lunch! Good food and reasonable prices.
