Peaceful, country setting at Brianza Gardens and Winery. Lovely ranch 2 BR/1 B has all the comforts of home incl. W/D. Enjoy the scenic views and walking trails among the gardens and vineyards. Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

Well maintained Duplex home with a large private driveway and patio in the back. No sharing whatsoever! New paint throughout, clean laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen. Large eat in kitchen fully equipped with all large appliances and all small wares. Perfect first floor unit with only 5 steps to enter the building and no steps inside. New queen size beds/Mattresses in both bedrooms. Private off-street parking is provided in a safe quiet neighborhood. All it is missing is you!
