Access to a boat, SUP and bikes. Walking distance to mini golf and dressin. 10 minutes to the kind of golf club for golf enthusiasts! 30 minutes to Isaberg mountain resort with countless activities! Outdoor kitchen by the water with a hob, a refrigerator and access to a barbecue. Toilet and shower and freezer can be found in our house 50 m away with its own entrance.

In the summer, Isaberg has mountain biking, a rowing and a high altitude track and a fantastic playground and swimming. Hjälmåleden and canoe rental 5-10 minutes away. There is also a “crib ” and high chair in the house. Drying room with dehumidifier. Outdoor room with heat pump or cooling in the summer. BBQ etc.

A well equipped cosy 2-bedroom cottage with guesthouse at a quiet lakeside, 1 hour away from Landvetter Airport outside Gothenburg. Recently refurbished, preserving old charm and the ”cottage feeling”. Fantastic lake view over own pier. 10 min away by foot from large sandy beach, cycling distance to Erikson Cottage and 15 min by car from Isaberg ski and cycling facility. 20 min to nearest food store. Vårt rymliga och bekväma hus med stor egen trädgård och stor terass ligger på en höjd inne i Hestra med utsikt över samhället och den lilla sjön. I huset finns alla bekvämligheter och plats för upp till två familjer, dessutom även en bastu samt garage för bilen eller skid/golf/cykelutrustning! Det är nära till affärer, gång eller cykelavstånd till flera badsjöar, anlagda moutainbikeleder och massor av stigar. Södra sveriges största skidanläggning ligger mindre än fem minuter från huset.

Lakefront with wonderful nature around the corner

A nice little house in the countryside perfect for 3 people. The house is located with forest, mushrooms, berries and lake around the corner. Fishing license to be resolved on site and boat to hire. Proximity to ski and activity facilities. There is a possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub. The house is connected to our house with access to a large garden with free-range hens. We are hospitable and happy to offer stories and information about the area. Very welcome to rent with us.
