Our cosy room is situated in a peaceful location surrounded by plenty of beautiful countryside walks and cycle routes. Situated two miles from Sleaford and convenient for the main routes through Lincolnshire (A52, A15 and A17). There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby; as well as local tourist attractions. We are also only two miles from Aswarby Rectory - a popular wedding venue. The room (which is attached to our home) benefits a private entrance, ensuite bathroom and onsite parking.

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill.
