Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes with the tram or by walking and the lake and other sights are within easy reach by public transport or by foot. Welcome home!

In the heart of Zurich's old town. Perfect for single travelers, a couple or business. There is no better location in Zurich. From Zurich main station in 5 minutes by foot. From Zurich airport by train in 15 minutes. Next to the river, lake, restaurants, cinemas and shopping streets. The small beautiful apartment is located on the second floor, incl. bed, shower, toilet, tv, wifi, kitchen. The host is pleased to advise on restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing at all times.

Beautiful mahogany floor and designer furniture. DVD, TV and Internet and a small office desk. There is a double bed, that can turn into a sofa, plus a single bed. Internet access. Parking in front of the house depending on availability. This requires a day ticket (15 CHF).
