You’ll love the cosy cottage feel, and our warm and friendly welcome. It's a really convenient location with local shops, free and secure off road parking and frequent bus links to the city. Great location, perfect for exploring Bath and surrounding countryside. 2 very comfortable ensuite bedrooms with king size beds. Open plan stairs into the loft bedroom. Quiet, small cul de sac lane. Parking for one car in front of cottage. One mile walk into central Bath and lovely local scenic country walks. Small park with children’s playground at the end of the lane, 30 seconds away. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up the trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Co-op and a Deli are a short walk away in the village.

A peaceful cottage for independent living, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is a pretty hamlet and is ideally placed to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, the Jurassic Coast, Wells and Cheddar. My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends (ie: Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
